My name is Magda and I support Highly Sensitive People in overcoming the challenges of being sensitive, and getting the most out of life.
They say that sensitivity is a superpower but you and I both know that sometimes it feels more like a curse. Whether you find it hard to manage your big emotions, or your job frequently overwhelms you, I want you to know that you’re not alone.
Having a sensitive nervous system in a loud and chaotic world can feel like a burden you’d rather not have to carry. But there are ways to make it more manageable. There are things you can do that will help you feel strong and capable.
I’m here to help you get on that path.
We all want the same thing: to be happy.
But when the demands on our time and attention are bigger than the energy we have to deal with them, it’s hard to feel happy and at ease. Instead, we find ourselves in cycles of stress, overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety and hopelessness.
Everyone has these struggles to some degree, but HSPs experience them very intensely. That’s why having someone in your corner who gets it can be transformative.
As a coach, I work with you to help you understand yourself better as a Highly Sensitive Person.
Awareness is powerful and can lead to life-changing breakthroughs and solutions.
As your coach, I guide you to deeper self-awareness by listening empathetically, giving you strategies and helping you set achievable goals.
Yoga is more than just flexibility and flows. It is an ancient, comprehensive system for physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Having a regular yoga practice – whether that includes practicing postures or not – can have a huge positive impact on a person’s life.
I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for 5. As someone who thinks and feels deeply, my yoga practice has been my most consistent source of inner peace.
Yoga is beneficial to HSPs because:

It teaches you how to go inward and understand how your mind works
It offers opportunities to explore your spiritual side
