I know what it’s like to feel different from everyone else. To notice and feel everything to the point of overstimulation. 

My name is Magda and I support Highly Sensitive People in overcoming the challenges of being sensitive, and getting the most out of life. 

They say that sensitivity is a superpower but you and I both know that sometimes it feels more like a curse. Whether you find it hard to manage your big emotions, or your job frequently overwhelms you, I want you to know that you’re not alone. 

Having a sensitive nervous system in a loud and chaotic world can feel like a burden you’d rather not have to carry. But there are ways to make it more manageable. There are things you can do that will help you feel strong and capable. 

I’m here to help you get on that path.
