To grow, we need to face discomfort.
Unlike a friend, partner, or family member, a coach can offer objective, personalized guidance and support when you want to achieve a goal or make a lasting change in your life.
You can think of a coach as someone who stands on the sidelines and roots for you as you navigate something new and challenging.
I help HSPs overcome challenges and obstacles that are stopping them from having the life they truly desire.
These challenges can be in the realms of work/career, relationships, life purpose, stress management, and spiritual and emotional well-being.
In 1:1 coaching, we would meet once a week for a pre-agreed period. This might be 3 months, 6 months or longer.
In the first session, we will identify your goals and desires. Using that, I will create a personalized plan for you. This plan will include specific actions, routines and practices that you will incorporate into your life to achieve your goals.
In subsequent sessions, we will talk about how things are going and what actions you need to take next. I will also help you gain a better understanding of yourself as a sensitive person.
I will use coaching tools such as journaling, powerful questions, guided meditation and IFS parts work to help you gain a deeper insight into your mind and emotions. We may also incorporate yoga asanas and breathwork, if that’s something you’re interested in exploring.
I offer a free, no-strings-attached 30-minute call to anyone interested in learning more about my coaching method and how I can help you.
